In what condition can I sell my robot?

Everything is negotiable; leave your details, and we will be happy to get in touch.

Who arranges the shipment?

We work with regular carriers who will collect the robot(s) from you.

Service & transport

Can I track my shipment?

We make clear agreements about the delivery of the robot in advance. Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to track the shipment in real-time. Curious about the current status? Please contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

What happens in case of damage?

Based on the agreed Incoterms 2020, we determine who is responsible for the transport. Of course, you can be sure that we provide support throughout the process.

Who is the transporter, and who pays the costs?

Prices are based on FCA Aeterno Margraten, Incoterms 2020. Of course, we are happy to support you with transport to your location. These costs will be communicated and charged in advance.

Maintenance & warranty

Do I get warranty at Aeterno Robotics?

Yes, we offer a standard 12-month warranty on our refurbished robots.

What is covered under warranty?

The robot must be used within the manufacturer’s specifications. All normal wear and tear fall within our standard 12-month warranty. Is the robot used outside the specifications, and/or is there damage caused by your own actions? Then this will not be covered under warranty.

Does my refurbished robot need maintenance?

Maintenance according to the manufacturer’s specifications is part of our working method. The robot has already been serviced when it is delivered to your premises. However, we recommend annual preventive maintenance for an industrial robot. This way, you are up to date with its current condition every year.

Request your quote

Requesting your quote is easy and without obligation. Simply add your desired robot to the quote, fill in your details, and send it.

You'll receive our proposal

You will receive an honest price proposal from us. What does that entail? A proposal that is sharp in the market and in proportion to the new value and the work required to bring your robot back to top condition.

You will also receive our fastest delivery date. If your robot has already been refurbished, we can ship it as early as the following week. More about refurbishment and additional options.

Agreed? Time for a final test

Is the proposal approved? Then we would be happy to receive your order and reference number. No worries, no deposit is required. Now the fun part begins.

We will thoroughly test your robot one last time. This means we will go through all the functions once more and set the robot in motion to ensure it meets "like-new" quality. This way, we can offer a 12-month warranty.

Preparing for shipment

You'll receive an order confirmation that includes all the agreed terms, including the delivery time. Your robot will be prepared for shipping, securely fixed on a quality pallet. 

We always recommend DAP, which means Delivered at Place. We will handle the paperwork and transportation.

Your robot will be delivered

The robot will be transported with the utmost care, and delivered to you. It's a significant moment as your production process expands with your new robot.

We check how things are going

Refurbishing and delivering a robot is one thing, but aftercare is just as important. After some time, we will check in with you to see how the robot is performing. Do you have any questions, or can we assist you further? We're happy to help.
