Since we ensure every detail of our robots is in perfect order, we leave nothing to chance when it comes to the final step: shipping. If you choose “delivered at place” (DAP), we handle everything—from the paperwork to delivery at your desired location—down to the last centimeter. What does this entail?
Good Preparation
After the comprehensive testing program, we prepare your robot for shipping. We position the arm in transport mode to minimize vulnerability. The robot, along with its controller, is securely fixed to a high-quality pallet. These pallets are specially designed for delicate transport. The entire unit is then wrapped tightly in durable shrink wrap and heat-sealed. Everything is fixed in place and well-protected against external influences. The robot is ready for transport, and if necessary, we arrange the proper export documents and customs clearance beforehand.
Shipping Options
In addition to our recommendation to opt for the convenience of “Delivered at place” (DAP), you can also arrange transport yourself. In this case, you can choose “Free carrier” (FCA), after which the robot will be loaded onto a carrier of your choice. A third option is “Cost Insurance and Freight” (CIF), this only applies to overseas shipments.

If you choose DAP, we schedule the delivery date. You can rest assured that your robot will be transported with care by shipping partners selected by us. We take full responsibility, and the shipment is insured. That provides peace of mind—down to the last centimeter.
Delivery on Location
The moment has arrived. Your robot is delivered on-site, and your 12-month warranty begins on that day.
